Why support Camp Marymount

Studies show that youth who participate in programs like Camp’s demonstrate significant growth in confidence and self-esteem, social skills and making friends, independence and leadership qualities, and willingness to try and be adventurousness. Camp’s programming improves self-control and self-discipline, confidence and self-esteem, social skills, independence and leadership and most importantly camp provides loads of fun. It teaches kids to slow down, appreciate the natural environment, experience things they may not do at home, and discover things about themselves that may not be apparent in the noise and fast past of day to day living.

Throughout its storied history, Marymount has maintained modest tuition fees and a thriving scholarship program. Camp Marymount is a nonprofit 501c3, and relies on the financial support of our alumni, camper parents, and friends like you to reduce financial barriers to those seeking to experience Camp and to enable Camp to be available for generations to come.
