Welcome to

March 31, 2023

This year, Marymount in March will be held on Friday, March 31, 2023 at Camp Marymount   This is a well-attended event, and includes cocktails, dinner, and a wonderful silent auction with hand crafted items from camp alumni and local business supporters. The success of this event is credited largely to sponsors, donors, and attendees like you, who lend their names and financial support to this event. The money we raise each year goes toward off-setting the costs of operating Camp Marymount, funds summer camp programming, and of course, is tax deductible.

Camp Marymount is a financially self-supporting organization that provides children from across our Diocese and beyond, an opportunity to get unplugged, and in tune with others. It allows a child to play outside like it was intended. Marymount allows a kid to shoot a bow and arrow, ride a horse, go fishing or just catch a crawdad in the creek while practicing their faith in God’s great outdoors. Kids learn the foundation of fun, faith and community at Marymount during the summer months.  Please take a moment to review the sponsorship levels for this year’s event. We hope you will prayerfully consider the impact Camp Marymount is having on our community and consider being a sponsor.

2022 Honoree: H Riley Bock
We are excited to announce this years’ Marymount in May Honoree H Riley Bock. Riley was a camper here at Marymount for 8 summers and was on staff as a counselor for 6 more. He was also on the Board from 1989 thru 1993.
Since the early 1980s Riley has been dedicated to organizing, planning and inspiring his crew of friends and fellow Marymount alumni at our annual Marymount friends and alumni work weekend. The number of projects they have done with his leadership is well over 60. Everything from rebuilding the star gazer platform to rehabbing a worn out Woods cabin and so much more over all those years has truly been a blessing to Camp Marymount.
In addition to helping camp with his many talents, he and his wife Jill , endow the Lt. Camden Bock Military Scholarship. This scholarship is given to 2 families that have an active duty military parent who want to send their child to camp. The scholarship is named in honor of their son past camper 1st Lieutenant Camden Bock who was a graduate of West Point but who was lost in 2006 during the war in Iraq.
Every year they give the gift of camp to some deserving military family. We ask you to join us at Marymount in May on May 6th as we honor and thank Riley for all he has done for Camp Marymount.

We offer sponsorship opportunities at a variety of levels ranging from $5,000 – $1,000.  We hope you will consider sponsoring this exciting event – we look forward to seeing you at Marymount in May.
